5.Nationality i citizenship in international law.
6.The International Court of Justice.
7.Principles of diplomatic and consular law.
8.Territorial asylum.
9.Human rights - internacional protectio, monitoring, enforcement.
10.The prezent law of war.
Learning outcomes:
Assumptions and aims of the subject:
student defines and explains the principles of operation in the country and in the international arena of international law, the student presents the main issues related to the functioning and application of public international law in the modern world, is able to work effectively in a team.
