Description of assumed knowledge, skills and social skills that students should acquire upon completion of this course, such as familiarize students with the new source of civil law components (general part, the right kind of obligations and the law of succession-the Civil Code). Learning the basic concepts and principles that relate to the protection (and intangible property rights) of industrial property rights and copyright. Learning the interpretation and application of legal norms in resolving problematic issues. To acquaint the student with the responsibility and challenges they encounter in their work and the ethical and moral standards.
