Course content:
Origin and trends in development of organization and management theory.Essence management and its functions. Strategic management in company. Environment of company. Planning methods of building ventures when the means of production are limited. Computer systems using to schedules updating. Construction site development when size of site storage is limited. Determination of building materials reserves. Modern conceptions of management of building-investment projects completion. Risk in building-investment project management.
Learning outcomes:
getting skills in the range of management of building ventures taking risk and uncertainty factor into consideration; obtaining skills in execution of variant analysis of various technological and organizational solutions in planning of ventures process; getting competences for making rational strategic decisions in building ventures management.
