Course content:
Computer simulation of voltage and current waves in a transmission line.
Measurements of wave length and signal frequency in a waveguide.
Measurements of SWR and reflection coefficient.
Measurements of transmission parameters of microstrip multiports.
Measurements of reflection parameters of microstrip multiports.
Measurements of microstrip filters and resonators characteristics..
Learning outcomes:
Knowledge concerning measurements of typical high frequency components, methods of measurement techniques within the high frequency range.
