Course content:Modern forms of motion in recreation: Body ART-Dynamic, Step Reebok.
Acquaintance students with primary forms of activities: Interwal- Step Reebok,Body ART Dynamic(stability, balance, coordination, flexibility, concentration and mind practicing).
Rules of leading activities, characteristic of main terms, terminology.
Developing concepts drafts of classes and guiding them.
General rising of student’s dexterity and physical efficiency. Introduction of general forms of physical recreation (games, amusements, sports).
