History of sports and recreations. Sports agency. Types of recreational and sport activities. Tourist product in recreational sport activities. Trends in development of recreation and sport. Amateur and professional sport industry. Recreational sports. State's role in the management of sport and recreation. Organization structure. Potential physical and functional recreation and sport facilities. Human’s potential in sport and recreation. Motivation in sport. The market of sport and recreation services. Marketing, financial and legal principles applied to sport management. Ethical principles applied in sport management. Media relations. Planning and organization of sport and recreation activities and events. Management styles in sports. Strategies for career success.
Learning outcomes:
Students should be able to manage different kind of recreation and sport facilities.
