Spatial Planning S01307

Course content:Lectures: town-and-country planning in chosen countries of the European Union. Spatial politics of the state. Town-and-country planning on the central rank and of region. Town-and-country planning on the rung of the city and the commune. The conservation of nature and the landscape protection in development plans. Administrative procedures in the town-and-country planning. Participation of the society in procedures of the town-and-country planning. Documents and the studies, necessary in the process of the town-and-country planning on different ranks of carrying out a plan.

Learning outcomes:getting to know bases of the town-and-country planning on different his levels and of administrative procedures of this process.

Learning outcomes

They enable lectures:
1. To define the scope of competence of bodies of the civil service.
2. to characterize environmental conditioning.
3. to excomment the environmental information on for the purposes of the town-and-country planning.
4. To formulate environmental conditioning in planning documents.
5. to perceive relations between social needs and documents drawn up.

Assessment criteria

The evaluation takes the acquaintance:
1. Of formulating the scope of competence of bodies of the civil service of different ranks.
2. to characterize environmental conditioning of the spread area with plan.
3. to excomment the environmental information on for the purposes of the town-and-country planning.
4. To formulate environmental conditioning in planning documents.
