- overview of public relations,
- institutional aspects of conducting public relations,
- intial phases of public relations process,
- various forms of conducting public relations
- media relations,
- lobbying,
- sponsoring and oranization of events,
- creation of organisational image,
- political public relations,
- media scandals and crisis communication,
- setting a PR budget and measuring effectiveness of PR actvities,
- practical aspects of public relations,
- ethical aspects of PR and corporate social responsibility.
Learning outcomes:
- ability of preparing basic elements of public relations campaign,
- ability of communication analysis of organization and its external environment.
