Course content:
Interpersonal communication, barriers in communication and crossing them, building the bridges in communication, conditions of succesfull communication. Nonwerbal communication: their functions and roles. Communication in the group. Importance and role of communication in negotiations. Credibility of sender. Intercultural communication: cultural differences and the behaviors in politics.Political correctness, diversity management. Conflicts and solving metods.Mediation - basic problems. Mediation in politics. Propaganda, manipulation, persuasion and indoctrination. Manipulation in politics - metods and technics.

Learning outcomes
Student knows metods of succesful communication and importance of communication in politics. He knows rules of efficient communication. He use in practis "bridges" of communication. He developes in practic his communication skills.
Assessment criteria
The basis of assessment of the lecture is the number of points obtained in the completion of the writing work at the end of semester, which is to describe three issues.

The basis of assessment is delivering a paper and its presentation and presence at the lessons .
Evaluation criteria of the paper and speech are as follows;
50% marks for merit,
30% marks for presentation (way of speaking, body language, reading / speaking, self).
20% marks for preparing presentations (overhead, materials for students, use of the audio-visual devices.
The presence at the lessons is obligatory. Approved is the absence of the three classes. Students who have more than 3 absences, at the end of course will write a test.
