Safeguard of air against pollutants.
Environmental protection before the noise and vibrations.
Protection against the radiation.
Protection against extraordinary threats.

Exercises: applying effective laws and regulations at the stage of coming into existence and using investment.
Provisions and protections concerning the procedure of advantages of both stores of environment, permission to accompany substance or the energy to the environment, payment and the penalty for using the environment, responsibility for the breach of effective laws and regulations.
