Moding of control objects MHKAR2S01002
Course content:
Basic concepts and rules of modeling of control systems. Balance equations, Lagrange equations, Hamilton equations for modeling control systems. Modeling methods of mechanical, thermal, chemical, and fluid control systems. Model examples. Bondgraphs in modeling mechatronic systems. Methods for creation of simulation models based on mathematical models.
Learning outcomes:
The student:
* defines and explains the following modeling methods: balance equations, Lagrange equations, Hamilton equations and bondgraphs in modeling of control systems,
* defines and explains the methods for modeling: mechanical, thermal, chemical, fluid control systems,
* describes and explains methods of creating simulation models,
* formulates motion equations of control systems using: balance equations, Lagrange equations, Hamilton equations, bondgraphs,
* creates simulation models based on mathematical models,
* works individually solving home project excercises,
* understands the need to formulate and transfer to the society informations and opinions on recent developments in automatic control and robotics
