Course content:
Lecture
Modeling of mechanical systems. Application of balance equations in modeling. Examples of dynamical models of mechanical systems. Motion equations of multi degrees of freedom (DOF) mechanical systems. d'Alembert equations, Lagrange equations, Linearizing motion equations of mechanical systems. Determining natural frequencies and modeshapes of the vibrations of multi DOF mechanical systems. Forced vibrations of multi DOF mechanical systems. Motion equations of pneumatic systems.
Excercises
Applying balance and Lagrange equations for modeling of control systems. Modeling of pneumatic systems.
Learning outcomes:
Knowledge about methods and procedures of control systems modeling. Practical skills to create mathematical and simulation models of control systems.
