2. Processes: stochastic, Markovian, birth-death.
3. Markovian queueing models, loss M/M/1 system.
4. Loss M/M/c model, model M/M/1/L with truncation.
5. System M/M/c/L with truncation.
6. Finite source models M/M/1/N and M/M/c/N.
7. Cyclic quieues, Erlangian methods.
8. Queueing systems with blocking,

10. Models G/M/1 and G/G/1.
11. Priority queue M/G/1 models.
12. Queueing networks. Jackson method. Recursive methods and mean value analysis.
13. Product form solution. Iteration and isolation methods. Diffusion approximation.
