Application of computer technology in heating and ventilation systems IŚ1S71057A
Development of the concept of heat supply for the building.
Creating a three-dimensional model of a single-family building using available computer programs.
Design of all multi-layer and typical building partitions.
Calculation of heat transfer coefficients of building partitions.
Calculation of the design thermal load.
Determining the seasonal consumption of thermal energy to heat the building.
Preliminary selection of radiators.
Defense of the completed project.

Learning outcomes
He has advanced knowledge of the IT basics of design and engineering graphics necessary in environmental engineering.
He knows the principles of designing heating and ventilation systems to an advanced level.
Is able to properly select and use the acquired methods and tools, including advanced IT and simulation techniques, when solving complex engineering problems.
Is ready to analyze content obtained from various sources and to critically assess the possibility of using them in professional work.
Assessment criteria
In the event of suspension of the functioning of the University, the following forms of crediting will be carried out with the use of distance learning methods and techniques ensuring their control. The rules of assessment remain unchanged.
Method of assessment: defense of design.
Condition to be fulfilled in order to complete the course:
Work on projects.
Participation in student-teacher sessions related to project.
Preparation for project.

Errors in calculations - grade 4
