The subject will implement such issues as:
1. Legal basis of real estate management.
2. The concept, types, features and functions of real estate.
3. Material rights (limited and unlimited) to real estate.
4. Transfer of real estate for special purposes.
5. Expropriation of real estate, return of expropriated real estate,
compensation.
6. Real estate subdivisions and consolidations.
7. Spatial planning in the commune in the context of the economy
real estate.
8. Study of conditions and directions of spatial development
commune and local zoning plan as
basic documents in resource management
of real estate.
9. Real estate management of the State Treasury and units
local government.
10. Administrative decisions related to real estate management. 11. Real estate sector entities and forms of cooperation between them.

Learning outcomes
EK1. the student interprets and applies legal regulations regarding
real estate management

documentation regarding the implementation of a specific task in the field

Assessment criteria
Conditions for obtaining credit for project classes:
- attendance (in accordance with the PB Studies Regulations),
- project preparation and presentation of its results in established
stages (number, theme, scope and general presentation schedule)
determined by the leader of the given project group),
- participation in discussions during the presentation of other students.
The following elements are assessed:
- presentations (substantive correctness, structure and maintenance
the time of occurrence, the dynamics of presentation and the use of methods
visualization);
- activity (active participation in discussions during the presentation of others
students).
Each element is evaluated according to the applicable rating system (2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0).
The final evaluation of project classes is determined based on:
- presentation grades (arithmetic mean of marks obtained for
implementation of subsequent stages of the project),
- evaluation of activity (issued in the last class as
summary of the work throughout the semester).
Completion of project classes is possible only after obtaining positive marks for presentations and for activity. If both grades are positive, the final grade of the project classes is determined from the weighted average of the component grades:
score from presentation x 0.8 + rating from activity x 0.2
The weighted average result from the component evaluations translates into the final grade from the project classes according to the rules presented below.

Conditions for passing the lecture:
Passing the final exam test. The test consists of 10 open questions. All questions are equally scored. Students have 20 minutes to complete the test.
