Single requiring areas comprise the town-and-country planning of the area of the commune applied of different methods of developing. Chosen forms of developing and using the area most often appearing in the commune are discussed. Methods of developing are discussed and a draft of the technical documentation is carried out. Areas threatened with flooding, areas degraded by mines of natural raw materials, areas provided with the legislative protection, built-up areas are chosen and other.
