Course content:
Characteristic of EU funds. Programming documents and the proces of using EU aid. The essence of the project: the typology of projects, characteristics, life cycle, he specificity of EU projects. Stages of project preparation. The eligibility of projects and the eligibility of expenditure.
Learning outcomes:
Student can describe EU funds use in regional and local development. Knows the basic programming documents which refer to EU funds. Student can identify and analyze basic elements of the project, as well as choose the measures and the sources of the problem and aim in the EU projects.
