Bodybuilding course
1. Gym health and safety rules
2. Methods for shaping and developing basic mobility
3. Correct warm-up
4. Plyometrics and streching
5. Excercises to target specific muscle groups
6. Excercises to increase muscle mass
7. Excercises to increase muscle strength
8. Bar techniques: clean and jerk, deadlift
9. Techniques for using gym equipment
10. Creating an individual training plan
Learning outcomes:
- Increased phisicall fitness.
- Ability to warm-up properly.
- Establishment of healthy habits.
