Course content:
Lecture:
Atmel AVR family: structure, instruction list, embedded peripherals, interrupt system, systems with AVR, family review. Other microcontrollers family like PIC. Serial busses in microprocessor systems.
Laboratory:
Training in programming AVR microcontrollers: basic algorithms, interrupt systems, I/O device service, serial busses, RTC, LCD displays.
Learning outcomes:
Knowledge about popular microcontroller families.
