Course content:
Computer Aided Design
Methodological bases, types of tasks, preparation of data. Enter data and access to the calculations.
Getting familiar with current computer software to aid design and simulation of sewage treatment work (GPS-X, ATV, Expert sludge, Bio-Win, Simba, STOAT, WEST)
Analysis of the applicability of the various programs
Design of wastewater treatment plants in the currently available computer program (eg, ATV-A131)
- The principle of the program
- Data entry
- Configuration of sewage facilities
- Statement of purpose and methods of wastewater treatment
- Analysis of variant
- Process optimization
- Interpretation of results.
Learning outcomes:
Designing systems for water and wastewater treatment using available computer programs
Selection of the technological system of water and wastewater treatment using available computer programs.
