Traffic engineering - science domain dealing with traffic process research.

Course coordinators
Learning outcomes
Acquired practical knowledge requiring to correct and effective applying methods and means of a traffic organization system. Ability of planning and conducting measurements of the road traffic along with forecasting the future movement. Preparing students for the cooperation with engineers of road traffic dealing with diagnosing, analyzing and improving the safety the road traffic
Assessment criteria
Exam consists of 2 parts: I part - descriptive and analytical; II part - test.
Final evaluation: each part must be passed with a min. of 50% possible to gather points. Evaluation according to the rule:
0-50% - 2,0
51-60% - 3,0
61-70% - 3,5
71-80% - 4,0
81-90% - 4,5
91-100% - 5,0
