Course content:
Basics of heat transfer through building partitions. Requirements for thermal protection in buildings. Air filtration through building partitions. Thermal comfort in rooms. Thermal balance in heated buildings. Energetic evaluation of heated buildings. Humidity state of buildings partitions. Designing and construction rules for external building partitions regarding most content. Basic knowledge about building acoustics. Acoustic protection of rooms. Acoustic properties of building partitions. Basic knowledge about lightening techniques. Characteristics of day light and standardization of day lightening. Determination of day light coefficient at side, top and mix lightening.
Learning outcomes:
Basics of heat and mass transfer, sound and light distribution and the designing rules considering thermal protection, sound protection and moisture protection requirements.
