Spatial Issues 1 (Elective Course) AWMP1113
The premise of the subject is to create a spatial situation that suggests the concepts (to choose from):
1. cage
2. aquarium
The student, using any means of expression, should propose a suggestive solution of the chosen concept, perceptible with all his senses, based on a room dedicated to this task with dimensions. 3.5 x 2.5 x 3.5 m located in the faculty building.
All students from the group are required to prepare a concept visualized and described in a graphic form.
All concepts are discussed and verified publicly in the class group. After the collective selection of two or three, the students are divided into gropus that will take on implementation of chooen concepts.
Through the actual existence, it is possible to verify the accuracy of the design assumptions, to physically experience the actual situation and the spatial phenomena taking place. The aim of the subject is to experience various spatial situations in a 1:1 scale, feeling space through all the senses, searching for an intentional space.
