Urban Planning 1- Housing Estates AUN4006
Course content:Ideological, programme-spatial and structural shaping of multifamily housing development with the transport, social infrastructure, with areas of green depending on the size of estate and location in the structure of the city. Taking into account functional, natural and cultural connections. Applying different types of the building development (multi-occupied and single-family) and of different types of buildings.
Topics:
1. Concept of functional- spatial structure of Bagnówka Estate in Bialystok according the regulations(scale of 1:5000) - work in the team
2. Urban concept of the estate based on the previously agreed astructure (scale 1:1000)- individual work
Learning outcomes:getting the ability of planning the structure of housing areas, shaping different urban concepts of the housing development including appropriate standards and regulations.
