Water Supply and sewage system Pumping Stations ŚW2046

Course content:
Review and characteristics of pumps used in water supply and sewage systems. Pumps work parameters, rules of choosing and its efficiency regulation. Pump systems characteristics and the working point of the system. The types of water supply pumping stations and the basics of their designing. The types of sewage pumping stations.The basics of sewage pumping stations design with pomps not immersed in the sewage tank.The basics of sewage pumping stations with immersed type of pumps. Hydrophore pumping stations. The sewage pumping stations with the pollution separation. Chosen problems concerning exploatation of the water supply and sewage pumping stations.

Learning outcomes:Cognition of the rules of working and designing of water supply and sewage system pumping stations.
