Course content:Lectures - investment Process - , administrative and planning legal procedures. Planning documentation. Current legal, formal requirements, the scope and SUiKZP arrangements. Changes in legal conditioning and proceeding of the MPZP project. floodland in development plans. Areas osuwiskowe in the town-and-country planning. Protective zones around emitorów spot, linear and obszarowych.

Learning outcomes:Acquaintance of bases of SUiKZP drafting and MPZP. Acquaintance of administrative procedures in the town-and-country planning.

Course content:Lectures: town-and-country planning in chosen countries of the European Union. Spatial politics of the state. Town-and-country planning on the central rank and of region. Town-and-country planning on the rung of the city and the commune. The conservation of nature and the landscape protection in development plans. Administrative procedures in the town-and-country planning. Participation of the society in procedures of the town-and-country planning. Documents and the studies, necessary in the process of the town-and-country planning on different ranks of carrying out a plan.

Learning outcomes:getting to know bases of the town-and-country planning on different his levels and of administrative procedures of this process.

3. To excomment the environmental information on for the purposes of the town-and-country planning.
4. To formulate environmental conditioning in planning documents. 5. To perceive relations between social needs and documents drawn up.
