Learning outcomes
Student has the knowledge of the trends and the most important new developments in the field of systems and technologies used in heating.
Student has the knowledge about the steam, water and air heating systems.
Student has the knowledge necessary to understand the social, economic, legal, work conditions of sanitary engineer in the selection of the optimal solution during the installation modernization.
Student nows the standards, guidelines, principles of environmental engineering design objects and their components, and their consideration in engineering practice.
Student is able to obtain information from literature, databases and other sources, to integrate the information, make their interpretation and critical evaluation, as well as draw conclusions and formulate and fully justify opinions.
Student is able to develop detailed documentation of the results of the project tasks, can make development containing a discussion of these results.
Student can evaluate and compare design solutions and processes used in the systems and technologies in environmental engineering, due to the given criteria and economic utility.
Student can suggest improvements to existing design solutions, systems and environmental engineering systems and understands the importance and impact of non-technical aspects of engineering, including its impact on the environment.
