KNOWLEDGE: Graduates
AiU2_W01 - have an in-depth knowledge of the theory and principles of designing structures with complex functions in urban architectural complexes, taking into account the multiculturalism of the surroundings as well as redevelopment of structures and degraded areas
AiU2_W02 - have an extended knowledge of the theory of urban and spatial planning as well as the principles of urban space shaping, interdisciplinary aspects of planning, and issues concerning spatial development of cities and towns, including contemporary social and civilisation problems
AiU2_W03 - have an in-depth knowledge of the history of contemporary culture, art and architecture, as well as of architectural protection and protected monuments, historic structures, urban architectural complexes and cultural landscapes; graduates know the methodology of conservation works
AiU2_W04 - know the principles of shaping and implementing the spatial policy in Poland, and also basic issues in spatial and regional planning as well as integrating designs with planning studies concerning Poland and the EU countries; graduates have a basic knowledge of regional planning and developing projects of spatial development plans
AiU2_W05 - have an in-depth knowledge of the state-of-the-art computer-aided methods of architectural design, as well as of designing contemporary building structures, and their computer modeling

AiU2_U01 - design structures with complex functions in both urban and natural environment, pursuant to the technical, functional, aesthetic, and cultural requirements
AiU2_U02 - analyse problems pertaining to the spatial development of cities and towns, and shape their space with respect to local planning as well as develop local spatial development plans
AiU2_U03 - conduct historical research, critically interpret artistic phenomena and formulate conservation opinions as well as develop designs of adapting architectural protected monuments and historic urban complexes; graduates can also describe and understand the relationships between the old and newly designed architectural structures as well as devise design projects in historic environments
AiU2_U04 - prepare analytical studies and designs concerning spatial development of a specific region as well as develop spatial development plans for municipalities
AiU2_U05 - creatively apply computer modeling methods to design building structures as well as computer-aided methods in architectural design
AiU2_U06 - implement modern construction technologies and determine the needs concerning advanced installation systems, with attention to the interdependence of installation solutions and architectural, construction, and functional solutions of structures serving different purposes
AiU2_U07 - present the origins of the phenomena occurring in architecture since the 19th century; graduates can obtain information from literature and other sources; graduates can also interpret obtained information, draw conclusions as well as formulate and comprehensively justify their opinions

AiU2_U09 - examine the processes occurring between an individual, a society, and their surroundings, and provide a sociological valorisation of the surroundings as well as identify emerging value conflicts
AiU2_U10 - conduct negotiations and manage an architectural practice on the basis of the legal provisions on architectural and urban design as well as communicate using different techniques within their professional environment and in other contexts
AiU2_U11 - use their foreign language skills at the B2+ level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
