Course content:
Presentation of basic knowledge in games theory and its applications in economics. During the classes management of virtual company using Marketplace platform. Version Extended Integrated Business Management is used with 12 decision rounds.
Each session is divided into following parts:
Presentation of round outcome,
Monitoring of market indicators,
Discussion on actions to be taken,
Elaboration of plan,
Summary.
Learning outcomes:
Gaining the basic knowledge in the field of games theory in economics. Use of the knowledge in the field of marketing, management and finance. Verification of competitive strategies in simulated economy.
