Banking Strategies ZNU04334
Course content:
the model of the present bank, organizational structures in banking, chosen manager techniques - benchmarking, manager management, outsourcing, the calculation of the customers remunerative, establishing the prices of products and bank services. The bill of efficiency, planning and the budgeting of the bank, the development strategies of the bank, the meaning of the customers segmentation. The bank distribution channels, the elements of bank marketing, the integration of bank offer with products and the services of the different subjects of the financial market.
Learning outcomes:students should learn questions related of current banks functions, to know how to estimate credit conclusion of natural person and corporation, to foresee the customers problems with financial fluency, to show when corporation should apply for the credit, to work out the marketing strategy for new products.
