Course content:The essence and place of foreign trade in national economy. Foreign trade policy – a state affecting foreign trade. Division and profile of foreign trade forms. Foreign trade agents. Institutions supporting and regulating foreign trade. Instruments for regulating foreign trade and instruments supporting export. Organizing foreign trade in an enterprise. An offer and an enquiry in foreign trade. A contract and its elements. Foreign trade documents. Habits and formulae in foreign trade. Risk and minimizing it in foreign trade. Resolving disputes in foreign trade.
Learning outcomes:A student is able to define the significance of a foreign trade in the economy from an organizatinal and technical point of view.
