Telecommunication Devices TS1A621354
Course content:
Structures and parameters of transmitters and receivers in telecommunications systems. Parameters of radio receivers.
Regulation and tuning of generators and receivers. Automatic amplitude and frequency regulation. Phase automatic frequency regulation. Frequency synthesizers.
VHF generators. Properties of VHF devices. Microwave lamps, klystron and magnetron generators, Gunn and IMPATT diode generators.
Primary signals and bases of construction of telecommunications channels, multiplex radiocommunication systems. Frequency, time and code division multiplexing (FDM), (TDM), (CDM). Structure, characteristics and base parameters of cellular GSM system.
Design of broadband radio circuit, generators, amplifiers, frequency synthesizers and filters.
Learning outcomes:Ability of design of main electronic
devices, devices for automatic control of amplitude and frequency. Ability of recognition of radiocommunication systems.
