Microprocessor Techniques in Industrial Electronics TS1A520315
Course content:Base structures of floating-point microprocessors (DSP). Signal processors architecture to use for real-time computing. Software and hardware start-up tools for user programs debugging. Integrated Development Environment IDE. Introduction to the starter-kit of ADSP-21065L single chip DSP floating point processor. Overview of internal and external peripheral circuits of SHARC processor and their usage possibility. The usage of signal processors to control DC/AC converters and vector controlled drive systems, algorithms of regulators, vectorial quantities conversion systems and PWM modulators. Selected functional blocks realization for power electronics and electrical drive applications: digital filters, digital controllers (P, PI, PID), vectorial coordinate conversion.
Learning outcomes: Acquaint with the DSP algorithms, methods of control DC/AC converters and drive systems
