Course content:
- process of interpersonal communication,
- verbal level of communication,
- non-verbal level of communication,
- manipulative forms of interpersonal communication,
- selected techniques of influecing people's behavior,
- emotional intelligence,
- importance of intelligence in communication processes on interpersonal level.
Learning outcomes:
- increasing level of communication skill (on theoretical and practical level),
- learning skill of analyzing communication process in its interpersonal aspect,
- learning skill of counteracting manipulative forms of interpersonal communication and minimazing its negative effects.
