Diplomatic Protocole PN03501
1. The concept, history, tasks and organization of diplomatic protocol.
a) diplomatic protocol in international relations,
b) the concept of diplomatic protocol,

Learning outcomes
knowledge:
to introduce students with the basic objectives and tasks of diplomatic protocol and common relationship between this protocol and public international law and international relations. Preparing students to use their knowledge in a multicultural and multinational environment internationally. Learning and consolidation of universal ethical principles that exist in Western culture, and read the pertinent rules of functioning in other, different cultural systems.
skills: skills training in the operation of the implementation of knowledge about the functioning of diplomatic protocol in an international environment. Evaluate and compare the level of the need to have skills in the use of the rules of international civility and courtesy, and the practical use of these skills in their work;
social competence: education skills of analysis of international politics. Getting information on the diversity and socio-cultural affiliation of other units, has the ability to establish international contacts containing element. In addition, at a basic level can relate theoretical principles and practice of diplomatic protocol and cooperate in a group of international status.

Lecture - written on the assessment in the form of multiple choice test with an extensive cafeteria

Exercise - prepare a written paper (or a multimedia presentation) and present it to the group. To be accompanied by an outline of the paper have an introduction, middle and an end, and conclusions, and a brief summary in a foreign language (English, Russian, German - to choose from). Work should be done in a team (the number of people with the team 2-5). Each person involved in the preparation of outline and presents it to the group.
Subject to assessment: oral presentation delivered in accordance with the principles of correctness of the Polish language and in accordance with generally and currently valid knowledge, which is a logical entity instance.
An extended outline will be reviewed and signed by the teacher and subject to archiving.
