1. Introduction to Project Management. Definitions and context of the Project. Project approach and business process. Management problems. Project management methodology.
2. Basics PRINCE2 methodologies. Preparation of project assumptions. Products IT project (WBS) and the management scope.
3. PRINCE2: Introduction and strategic decisions. Processes of PRINCE2.
4. PRINCE2: Project Documentation. Project organization. Management methodology to manage change.
5. Management methodology to manage risk. Time management.
6. Methodology management: Quality management. Managing costs.
7. Methodologies for generating organization. Assisting the Project Management
8. Summary and credit.
