Course content:
- Introduction to group work. Presentation of a sample application program.
- Paperless office.
- 3 x C: Communication, Cooperation and Coordination.
- IBM Lotus Notes Designer. Formula language.
- Elements of group work system safety. Database Replication.
- Workflow-Management Systems. Types of workflow systems. Elements of the technology forming workflow software: logic of the processes, organization structure, working elements, automation.
- IBM Domino Server software installation. Using the Domino Administrator module.
- Document Management Systems. Document Life Cycle.

Learning outcomes:
- Ability to analyze, model and implement group work systems.
- Ability to use and build applications in IBM Lotus Notes.
