Course content:Lectures: Elements of the law and bodies of the civil service in the environmental protection. Protection of agricultural and forest lands, Management of stores of the urban greenery and country.
Management of reserves of inland waters.
Safeguard of air against pollutants.
Environmental protection before the noise and vibrations.
Protection against extraordinary threats.
Exercises: applying effective laws and regulations at the stage of coming into existence and using investment. Provisions and protections concerning the procedure of advantages of both stores of environment, permission to accompany substance or the energy to the environment, payment and the penalty for using the environment, responsibility for the breach of effective laws and regulations. Effects of the education: Ability of using provisions of the law in the investment process.
Learning outcomes:Ability of applying provisions of the law.

1. to define the scope of competence of bodies of the civil service.
2. to interpret legal conditioning concerning elements of the environment.
3. to analyse the existing state and to formulate and to conduct appropriate administrative proceedings. 4. To carry out the chosen document concerning functioning of the installation.
5. to act and to conduct uses of the installation, according to principles of the law.
Assessment criteria
The evaluation will depend on the ability: 1. Of determining the scope of competence of state government authorities and self-government.
2. of interpreting conditioning of legal elements of the environment.
3. analyses of the existing state, to formulate and to conduct appropriate administrative proceedings. 4. Of making of the document concerning functioning the installation.
