Learning outcomes
1. It mentions and it classifies main groups of microorganisms. 2. Participation of (quota of) microorganism presents in cycles correctly biogeochemical and biodegradation. 3. It are been able to be of service (to use) properly (suitable) selected microscopy methods, isolation, identification and determination of numbers of germs. 4. It is able to execute simple laboratory experiments from range of microbiology. 5. Activity is able to evaluate on base of executed experiment the biodegradative activity of selected microorganisms.
Assessment criteria
Assessment:
Lectures - Writing exam.
Laboratories - tests, reports.
Methods of evaluating lectures receive written examination -. Questions opened. For each question 1 point, 50% - 65% dost. 3; 66-75% - dost. plus ( 3,5 ); 76% - 85% 4 - good; 86% - 90% 4,5 - good plus; 91-100% 5 - very good. Laboratories - presence and taking of active participation (quota) in occupance (studies) and practice of laboratory experiment and they receive discussion results concerning and correct concluding. Including two (two) positive test. Questions opened. Point for each question 1. Point, 50% - 65% dost. 3; 66-75% - dost. plus ( 3,5 ); 76% - 85% 4 - good; 86% - 90% 4,5 - good plus; 91-100% 5 - very good. Execution and positive including of laboratory report. Report must be executed according to definite scheme served on organizational occupance (studies) by leading teacher.
