Programme contents: Lectures: Elements of the law and bodies of the civil service in the environmental protection. Protection of agricultural and forest lands, Management of stores of the urban greenery and country.
Management of reserves of inland waters.
Safeguard of air against pollutants.
Environmental protection before the noise and vibrations.
Protection against the radiation.
Protection against extraordinary threats.
Exercises: Application obowiazujących of provisions of the law on the stage of coming into existence and using investment. Provisions and protections concerning the procedure of advantages of both stores of environment, permission to accompany substance or the energy to the environment, payment and the penalty for using the environment, responsibility for the breach of effective laws and regulations. Effects of the education: Umiejetność of being a servant sie with provisions of the law in the investment process.

To define the scope of competence of bodies of the civil service.
To interpret legal conditioning concerning elements of the environment.
To analyse the existing state and to formulate and to conduct appropriate administrative proceedings.
To carry out the chosen document concerning functioning of the installation.
To act and to conduct uses of the installation, according to principles of the law..
Assessment criteria
The evaluation will depend on the ability: 1. Of determining the scope of competence of state government authorities and self-government - evaluation 3.
