Course content:
Detailed discussion on Building Law, with the emphasis on independent functions in civil engineering and qualifications, organization of construction process and relation between its particular participants (investor, construction supervisor and inspector of investor supervision), safety of construction process.
Energetic certification of buildings according to EU directive and Polish Building Law.
The Act of Trade Self-Governing Organisations of Engineers, Architects and Urban Planners.
Individual responsibility of people holding independent functions in building industry and legal acts regulating it (penal, trade and disciplinary responsibility).
