Signal processing and filtering MARS15002A
Course content: Signal processing. Fourier transform. Wavelet transform. Models MA, AR and ARMA. Signal transmission. Linear dynamic systems description. Digital filter IIR and FIR construction.Adaptive filters.
Learning outcomes:competitions: signal processing: continous and discrete in time; linear systems description; signal transmission by linear systems.

Defines the basic concepts. It lists and describes methods of digital signal processing. Implements algorithms for digital signal processing. Designing digital filters. It can make a presentation and discuss the results. EK6 Able to work in a team. Applies the principles of health and safety.
Assessment criteria
Lecture - written 2 tests, project-execution of the project, the defense of the project.
