Course content:
Definition, aims and range of ergonomics. History of ergonomics.
Basic ergonomics system. Characteristic of system elements.
Definition of labour. Kinds of labour. Characteristic of labour process.
Physical and psychical workload.Stress and burnout syndrome.
Predisposition to work. Biorhythm phenomenon.
Tiredness and its results. Methods of tiredness prevention.
The correct organisation of labour process. The role of work breaks and training.
Material factors of work environment.
Health promotion in work place. Improvement of work condition.Essentials of ergonomics design.
Learning outcomes: possessing knowledge about correct forming work conditions and methods of tiredness prevention.
