Course content:
The concept of process management. Elements of process management. Requirements management and change management. Definition and classification of business processes. Functional and process orientation in business management. Standards and frameworks of business process modelling. Characteristics and components of the description of processes. Function models and processes. Principles of measurement and evaluation processes. Implementation of the process management in the enterprise. The use of BPM in business practice.
