Term 2012Z:

Assumptions of the course: students Realising the importance of a right in society. Indication of how this knowledge can be used to solve legal problems arising in everyday life and in the process of business management. Visualization need to have knowledge of applicable laws and abide by them.
Objectives: The location right in the social system. Clarification of the branches of the law. Presentation of the catalog sources of universally binding law. Familiarize students with the construction of the legal system (the concept of the legal system, hierarchical, consistency and completeness of the system of law). Discussion of the structure and typology of standards and regulations. Presentation of the rules for the application and interpretation of the law and the concept of the rule of law.
