Bodybuilding programe.
1. Safety rules, regulations and the organisation of the gyms
2. Methods for shaping and developing an athletic body
3. Appropriate warming-up techniques
4. Plyometrics and streching exercises
5. Targeting specyfic muscle groups
6. Exercises increasing muscle mass
7. Exercises increasing strength
8. Using Olimpic bar: clean&jerk and snatch
9. Correct techniques for using gym equipment
10. Creating tailored work-out programmes.
