Course content:
The concept of process management. Elements of process management. Functional and process orientation in business management. Models of process maturity of the organization. Definition and classification of generic processes. Characteristics and components of the description of processes. Selected standards for modelling. Function models and processes. Principles of measurement and evaluation processes. Implementation of the process management in the enterprise. Process based methods in business management - techniques and tools. The use of BPM in business practice.
Learning outcomes:
Acquire skills and knowledge of the analysis and evaluation of business process. Applying this knowledge in practice at various levels of management.Cognition of professional tools for process management.

Learning outcomes
Aims and objectives: knowledge of key aspects of the process approach to management. Acquisition of the theoretical knowledge for process modelling.
Assessment criteria
Assessment: final test, written examination to assess.
Assessment specialist laboratory to evaluate is based on the test.
Test assesses skills in use of supporting process management software. Planning skills are assessed including modelling analysis and simulation of business process.
At the test students can receive a maximum of 10 points.
Grading Scale:
5 points-sufficient
6 points - satisfactory +
7 points - good
8 points - good +
9-10 points - very good
