Graduation Seminar ITI2102

Course content:
1. Legal principles of M.Sc. Diploma process at Faculty of Computer Science under Study Regulations at the Bialystok University of Technology, Rectors Regulation no.72, dated 11 November 2010 and the Resolution no. 41/2011 of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of the Computer Science dated 06 April 2011.
2. Structure of the scientific dissertations (between of them of the M. Sc. diploma).
3. Some aspects of copyright protection, ethical issues in dissertation editing.
4. Documenting methods of the results of scientific work, forms of presentation of the achieved results.
5. Utilization of the editing utilities (MS Word, Latex, Open Office) in term of M.Sc. dissertation performing.
6. Presentations given by participating students (evaluation of the progress of dissertations). Scientific discussions related to the topic of the presentations and they evaluation.

Learning outcomes:
Preparing the technically correct M.Sc. dissertation.
