Relations between State and law. Sources of law (the Constitiution, international agreements, the law of European Union, acts, ordenances, local legal acts). The characteristics of the legal norm vs social norm.The principles of law (the rule of equity, national sovereignty etc.) The branches of law (civil, penal, administrative, constitutional). The characteristics of the legal system in Poland. The terms of applying and obeying the law.
