Lectures: 1. Culture of the space - storage elements and notions.

Learning outcomes
The student is able:
1. To define the scope of problems to solution
2. To formulate the track of proceedings in accordance with the law and social expectations.
3. To draw documentation up according to principles of the law.
4. To conduct administrative proceedings.
5. To perceive relations between legal, planning answers and social needs.
Assessment criteria
Ranking lecture material: getting essentially is a Condition of the credit 5 pt from two fragmentary tests in the course of lasting the semester. From one test it is possible to get at the most 4 points.
Ranking the practice material: 1. Ranking the test at the end of the semester.
2. performing the exercise study concerning the free subject matter, discussed on classes in the course of the semester. The evaluation of ranking exercises is an average arithmetical from the written test and the exercise study.
